Elene Matthews - Reflexology and Reiki in Exmouth and Exeter
Elene Matthews is a fully qualified reflexologist and is attuned to level 3 in reiki, which is a Japanese spiritual healing technique. Elene has also completed most of her training as a counsellor and is hoping to be qualified by July 2008.
Elene's first introduction to healing was when she was 18; "I loved the deep relaxation I felt during the treatment. It helped me come to terms with my brothers death. I was always fascinated by healing and so I decided to begin my training in 1994. My aim is to help people achieve and maintain a healthy and stress free body and mind with the complimentary therapies I can offer. They can be used in conjunction with orthodox medicine and they are suitable for everyone".
